Policies

I value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies

  • A credit card is required to hold your appointment time. You will not incur any charges at time of booking, unless any of the scheduling policies have been violated.

  • Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a 48 hours notice. Cancelations/reschedules with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 50% service fee.

  • No shows are subject a 100% service fee. After the 3rd no show, clients will be dismissed. This includes late appointments that were marked as no show.

  • There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are late more than 10 minutes, your appointment will be marked as a no show and is subject to a 100% service fee.

If any of the policies are violated and your credit card is declined or removed from your profile, you will have 7 days to pay by cash or a different credit card. If the balance due is not paid within 7 days you will be dismissed as a client

Types of Payments Accepted and Fees

  • Cash - No additional fees

  • Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover - $5 additional fee

Refunds and/or Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of services, there are no refunds on any services rendered.

  • Please contact your service provider within 48 hours of your service with any problems and/or concerns you may have. Your service provider will fix the problem for free only if after care instructions were followed.

  • All retail product sales are final

  • No additional guests are allowed, unless that individual is also receiving a service and/or are a minor

  • No outside food or drink allowed
